pursuant to Wisconsin Statue 60.47 (2)(a)
The Mercer Public Library will be entering into contracts for performing the following work: earthwork and grading, concrete, and construction of a pergola located at 2648W Margaret Street, Mercer, WI 54547. The estimated cost is expected to be between $5,000 and $25,000 and will not require the solicitation of bids.
The Mercer Public Library will receive proposals for this work at the library until 4:00 p.m. Friday, March 6, 2020. Proposals will be reviewed and contracts will be awarded to the vendors whose proposals are the most advantageous to the Mercer Public Library.
