Summer Reading Series: Tie-Dye party
July 2 @ 10:30 am - 12:00 pm
FreeEveryone ages 1 to 100 is welcome to our annual library tie-dye party!
Drop in for a free, hands-on tie-dye activity at the library on Tuesday, July 2 from 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. We’ll provide everything you need including t-shirts (while supplies last), dyes, and other supplies. You’ll leave with your shirt dyed and wrapped in plastic, waiting to be washed later to reveal its colorful patterns.
You may bring your own 100% natural fiber (cotton, silk, linen, etc.) items to dye if you wish. Wear old clothes, since the dyes we use are permanent.
This program is free thanks to support from the Friends of the Mercer Public Library. Donations for t-shirts will be gratefully accepted. For more information, call the library at 715-476-2366.
