Tie-Dye party – MOVED TO 2PM!

Note the time change: Our tie-dye party has been moved to 2pm to avoid the rain forecast in the morning. Everyone ages 1 to 100 is welcome to our annual library tie-dye party! Drop in for a free, hands-on tie-dye activity at the library on Tuesday, July 2 from 2:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. We'll provide everything you need including t-shirts (while supplies last), dyes, and other supplies. You'll leave with your shirt dyed and wrapped in plastic, waiting to be washed later to reveal its colorful patterns. You may bring your own 100% natural fiber items (cotton, silk, linen, etc.) to dye if you wish. Wear old clothes, since the dyes we use are permanent! This program is free and open to everyone. Donations for t-shirts will be gratefully accepted. For more information, call the library at 715-476-2366. The Mercer Library’s 2024 summer reading series is made possible by sponsorship from the Friends of the Mercer Public Library. Thank you!
