Success with Soils and Composting
This program is the first in the Fall 2024 Iron County UW Extension Horticulture Seminar series. Essential components of soils and how various amendments and fertilizer applications impact soil conditions for plant growth will be covered. Learn what you can do to ensure you have optimum soil conditions in your yard and garden. Compost is one of the better soil amendments – discussion will also include the fundamentals to make your own backyard compost.
