Student Representative Application

The Mercer Public Library seeks to add a Student Representative (9th and up) to the Board of Trustees. The intention of this position is to gain insight into a population of our community not currently represented on our Board, to advance the Library’s goals of community engagement, and to foster leadership experience in serving on a governing board in our community youth.

The Student Representative will be a non-voting member of the Board of Trustees. Applications should be submitted no later than January 5, 2026. For a full description of the duties and responsibilities of the position, click here.
