Strategic Plan

The Mercer Public Library began a strategic planning process in 2020 in order to develop a vision for the future of library service to the Mercer community and establish strategic goals for the next five years. The library board and director conducted a community survey and a library board questionnaire, gathered demographic and library service data, and gathered comparative data from other Wisconsin libraries to use in developing strategic goals and actions for the next five years.

The final MPL Strategic Plan can be viewed by clicking the links below. Any questions or comments about the plan should be directed to Mercer Library Director Julia Pusateri at 715-476-2366 or director@mercerpubliclibrary.org.
