Dot Art Workshop – Holiday Ornament

Join us for a fun and engaging dot art class where you'll learn the basics of dotting, practice your technique, and complete a beautiful dotted ornament, just in time for the holidays! Whether you're new to dot art or looking to refine your skills, this class is designed for all skill levels. You'll leave with a finished piece to add a personal touch to your holiday décor, creating something homemade that will bring festive warmth and charm to your celebrations! Learn the basics of dot art Take home a completed project All class supplies are included At end of class, a 19 piece dotting tool set will be available to purchase for $15 Thanks to sponsorships from the Friends of the Library, all Artist in Residence classes are free and open to the public. Memory Mondays: Sharing Mercer’s history

The library is seeking input on how we can help preserve, document, and display our community's history. Join us for "Memory Mondays," an engaging gathering where local history buffs, community enthusiasts, and curious minds come together to share insights stories and ideas about our local history. If you have ideas, you are invited to attend! People with questions or personal projects are also invited to attend, ask questions about the library's services and digitization equipment, and share information. Memory Mondays will be held on the second Monday of the month from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. All are welcome! For more information, call the library at 715-476-2366.

Friends of the Library regular meeting

The Friends of the Mercer Public Library holds regular monthly meetings on the 2nd Tuesday of the month at 11:00 a.m. New volunteers are always welcome! The Friends of the Library are a registered 501(c)(3) organization that seeks to support the work of the Mercer Library.
